SyncSwitch [Help Patch]

Route a source to a synchronously selected destination.

Syntax

SyncSwitch options

Options

-outputs: Number of initial outlets.; Type: Integer; Default: 2

Inlets

in: The source data to be routed.; Type: Changeable
switch: Determines which outlet will receive incoming data.; Type: Integer

Outlets

out1 ... outn

Outlets for the routed data.

Type: depends on the type connected to in.

Comments

SyncSwitch is similar to Switch, except that when new data is received by in it is blocked until a new outlet selection is also received by switch. No such blocking is done by Switch, which simply uses the most recently received outlet selection to route data.
