Send pulses to individual resonant filters in a bank

ResPing offers very fine-grained control and exploration of resonance models. It sends impulses to individual filters within a resonance model according to the value of the index ping. Once a filter has been "pinged", the value of ping must be reset to trigger another impulse, whether on the same filter or a different filter.
